What he DIDN'T know, was that Sonia had written some new lyrics in Spanish by that time. We didn't want any trouble, so looked at the map and found that Chile is as far away as possible from England. We needed the best singer in Chile, to be Spanish. We contacted German vergara of Aisles (another friend of Colin's). He told us that Spanish would be easy as he speaks Spanish anyway. Talk about luck!!!
All he had to do, was sing in a waltz, while avoiding the 8 guitars, 7 keyboards, 4 vocals(all Sean) and a couple of farts. He said he does that all the time, so no problem, as long as Sean would never find out. "Of course he won't!" we said.
Then Rob had to go in the studio and record the real drums but of course, no real clues were given to him either.
The problems were about to start tho'. The mix!!! I will not talk about the mix here. I am in my September years and may never complete that story. I will say that we found a few gaps and that was fixed with a few more guitars and Sonia singing her very first line.
If there was ever a reason to moan, this song was it! Amazingly, not even German or Sean moaned. Instead, they did something wonderful.
